Transport yourself to a secret wild berry grove...

Full of antioxidant-rich ingredients, this blend develops a glorious red colour due to the hibiscus petals. It also makes a wonderful hot brew to soothe the throat in the colder months. Berrylicious is the perfect alternative to conventional coloured cordials, works well as a non-dairy smoothie base, plus it is a fabulous ingredient in cocktails (for the grown-ups).

Use 1 teaspoon per person and steep for as little or long as you like. Tastes wonderful either hot or cold.

Ingredients: dried cranberries* (Vaccinium macrocarpon), freeze-dried strawberries (Fragaria spp.), freeze-dried raspberries (Rubus idaeus), dried currants* (Ribes spp.), freeze-dried blueberries (Vaccinium angustifolium), hibiscus petals* (Hibiscus sabdariffa), rosehip granules* (Rosa canina), dried apple* (Malus domestica), rose petals* (Rosa centifolia).
