Sencha Green

This Sencha green tea is a regular green tea suitable for everyday drinking. Produced in China, from SGS Certified organic plantation.

Green tea leaves are unfermented and there are two main green tea producers in the world: China and Japan. Japanese green tea is often dried by the steaming or hot air method, so the leaves remain grassy tasting. Chinese green tea is typically dried with the wok drying method, which gives it a slightly roasted flavour

Directions: Use 1 teaspoon per cup of near-boiling water and steep for 1-2 minutes.
