This blend synergistically combines botanicals valued for their bioavailable iron content together with herbs to assist in the absorption of iron. Our Fe Blend also includes herbs to enrich and purify the blood.
Use 1 tsp of Fe Blend per cup of boiling water and steep for 4-6 minutes. Take around 4 cups daily as either a hot or cold infusion.
