Red Bush (rooibos) tea is rich in antioxidants and minerals, with a mellow, nutty and slightly sweet flavour.
This is a fermented blend, and brews to a lovely red colour. Rooibos is used in South Africa to treat colic, insomnia, headaches, eczema, digestive upset and hayfever. It is naturally free of caffeine and low in tannins.
Use 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water and steep for 3-5 minutes.
