White Teas

White tea is made from the youngest buds at the very tips of the branches of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis). This tea is the least processed, and is completely unfermented with an almost clear brew - which is why it is referred to as 'white'.

It is very important to use water around 60°C so as to preserve the delicate flavour and nutritional benefits.
