Organic Chinese green sencha tea infused with the delicate flavour and scent of jasmine blossoms.
Our jasmine green tea is not flavoured artificially. Instead, the tea leaves are spread in a flat layer then overlaid with a permeable paper and then a layer of jasmine flowers are placed on top so that the jasmine is interleaved between the green tea layers in a stacked style. When the fragrance and flavour is fully absorbed into the tea, the layer of jasmine is discarded and replaced with fresh jasmine blossoms. This natural process creates a beautiful flavour without being overwhelming.
Use 1 teaspoon per cup of near-boiling water and steep for 1-2 minutes.
