Suitable for use in place of regular salt, especially for roasted, barbequed, or grilled meals. Wonderful sprinkled over breads and dips for additional flavour depth.
These flavourful flakes of salt come from the South East of Spain, where this fossil salt is formed in a large salt pan deep beneath the ground. After harvesting and processing, the salt flakes are then wood smoked using oak chips.
