Fire Chai

The hibiscus petals in this tea give our fire chai a warm ember-like glow, while Russian Caravan black tea adds a touch
of smoky flavour to the blend.

Use 1 teaspoon per person and steep for 4-6 minutes for best results. 
Masala chai is traditionally enjoyed with steamed or warmed milk and honey, sugar, or syrup.

Ingredients: Russian Caravan tea (Camellia sinensis), Earl Grey tea* (Camellia sinensis), cinnamon bark* (Cinnamomum verum), cassia bark* (Cinnamomum cassia), ginger root* (Zingiber officinale), cut chilli* (Capsicum frutescens), pink peppercorns (Schinus terebinthifolius), hibiscus* (Hibiscus sabdariffa), coriander seeds* (Coriandrum sativum), freeze-dried plum slices (Prunus domestica).
