These are not from the same plant as regular tea - Rooibos (Red Bush) and Green Rooibos (Green Bosch) are from the Aspalathus linearis plant, while Honeybush is from the Cyclopia intermedia plant. Both types are naturally free of caffeine and low in tannins.
