Wildflower Botanicals products are all prepared in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please email to inform us of any issues with your purchase within 3 days of receiving your parcel (e.g. damage or incorrect item received), and we will work together with you to rectify the issue as soon as possible via replacement, exchange, or refund.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days of our shipping notification email, please contact us so that we can track the whereabouts of your goods or send out a replacement.
NOTE: Currently there are signficant delays on orders going out to the UK and Europe due to Covid-related flight restrictions within the UK.
