refund policy

Wildflower Botanicals products are all prepared in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please email to inform us of any issues with your purchase within 3 days of receiving your parcel (e.g. damage or incorrect item received), and we will work together with you to rectify the issue as soon as possible via replacement, exchange, or refund.

If you live outside of New Zealand, it is your responsibility to ensure that any herbal products ordered meet the biosecurity requirements of your country. A refund will not be issued for products which are not allowed due to local regulations, so please ensure that you have checked that all botanical ingredients are allowed for import.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received. If you live in NZ and have not received your parcel within 5 working days of our shipping notification email, please contact us so that we can track the whereabouts of your goods or send out a replacement.
