This blend is known as a red chai since it is made with rooibos leaf and earthy spices, giving the brew a glowing colour & mellow vanilla flavour.
Masala chai is traditionally enjoyed with steamed or warmed milk and honey, sugar, or syrup.
Use 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water and steep for 4-8 minutes.
