A citrus and spice twist on a traditional brew! Yerba mate has long been used traditionally in South America in order to promote health and happiness. It is reputed to stimulate the mind, increase concentration and ease depressive moods without interfering with sleep.
Steep 1-2 heaped teaspoons in hot water (boiling water will make the brew bitter) and drink throughout the day, topping up with water as necessary.
Ingredients: yerba mate* (Ilex paraguariensis), freeze-dried mandarin segments (Citrus reticulata), cloves* (Syzygium aromaticum), cinnamon bark* (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)
